Defensor de personas migrantes y abogado por la Escuela Libre de Derecho de Puebla, con Maestría en Derecho Empresarial y Fiscal por la Universidad Iberoamericana, Maestría en Derecho Corporativo por la Universidad Anáhuac, Especialidad y Maestría en Estudios de Migración Internacional por el Colegio de la Frontera Norte y diversos cursos en Protección Consular por la Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores. Cuenta con 25 años de experiencia en temas de migración, en el Gobierno del Estado de Puebla como Asesor del C. Gobernador y como Director de Protección a Migrantes, fue Director Jurídico del Sistema Municipal DIF en Puebla y jefe del Departamento de Comercio Exterior en la Secretaría de Economía del Gobierno Federal. Ha sido catedrático en la Universidad Cuauhtémoc de Puebla; Es Director General y fundador de la Red de 20 Casas del Migrante Asociación Civil en los estados de Puebla, Veracruz, Hidalgo, Morelos, Chiapas, Querétaro, Santa Ana, California, donde formó una red de aliados en favor de la atención y defensa de los migrantes.
Is an advocate for migrants and a lawyer from the Escuela Libre de Derecho in Puebla, with a Master's in Business and Tax Law from the Universidad Iberoamericana, a Master's in Corporate Law from the Universidad Anáhuac, a specialization and Master's in International Migration Studies from the Colegio de la Frontera Norte, and various courses in Consular Protection from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has 25 years of experience in migration issues, having worked in the Government of the State of Puebla as an Advisor to the Governor and as Director of Migrant Protection. He was also the Legal Director of the Municipal DIF System in Puebla and head of the Foreign Trade Department at the Ministry of Economy in the Federal Government. He has been a professor at the Universidad Cuauhtémoc in Puebla. He is the General Director and founder of the Network of 20 Casas del Migrante, counseling offices for migration affairs, in the states of Puebla, Veracruz, Hidalgo, Morelos, Chiapas, Querétaro, and Santa Ana, California, where he formed a network of allies to support and defend migrants.
